Purchasing Process

    How to place an order?
    • Once you are at the product page, add the product to cart.
    • Item once added to cart, you can select specifications if any, can increase / decrease the quantity and based on that the price of order will be auto calculated.
    • On click on checkout - you can sign in to your account, sign up for a new account and provide Shipping Details. If your billing details are the same than select option as "My billing details are same as shipping details". If your billing details are different than uncheck the option and provide new billing address.
    • Click on 'continue', select the payment method, and fill in your details. Once the payment process is completed, you will be notified about the successful placement of order.
    • We will further send you an order confirmation mail. Your order has been placed successfully.

    What are my payment options?

    I want to customize one of your products, can I do that?

    Interesting! We’d love to hear from you to see how our products can improve. However, at this point, we are unable to offer customization of any of our products. Really sorry about that!

    Can I pay in parts? Can I make payment via EMI?

    100 % payment will be taken at the beginning of the project through Online Payment option. For credit card EMI facility is available with your bank and if you opt for this payment option, then on regular intervals amount will be deducted.

    How do I track the progress of an order?

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and an SMS notification with details of the order. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email and in My Orders page also you can view order status.

    What is the meaning of the different tracking status flags?

    Pending: Your package is on the way to the destination.

    Processing: Your order is in process.

    Shipped: Your Order is shipped.

    Delivered: Your order has been delivered.

    Are there any delivery charges or installation charges?

    Based on the pin code inserted, if any delivery charges are applicable than it will be displayed on product page and cart page.

    How will I know that you've received my order?

    Once items have been ordered, a confirmation page will appear on the screen confirming the order. An email with the order details will be sent immediately to the registered email ID, provided that we have an accurate email address. In My orders page also you can view order details.

    What if I receive a damaged product?

    In case you receive a damaged product (quality issues, leg or other thing broken, any scratches in fabric), please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel or the person who comes for assembling the product at your location. In case you notice an issue later, than we can help you replace or repair product only if you inform us within 7 to 15 days from delivery date. Shipping and Delivery Information

    When will the product be assembled and by whom?

    Delivery person will deliver the items to your location, and within 2 days of delivery, assembling personnel will come to your location and assemble items and your product will be ready. After assembling is done, client has to sign a certification of Completion. This certificate of completion will also be treated as a warranty in future.

    I want my product early, can you help?

    We usually do deliver products much earlier than the date shown on the site. However, if you have a specific request, we encourage you to reach out to us via email/phone. We will try to make early delivery, if possible.

    How can I change my phone number or my shipping address?

    You can change your shipping address even after you place the order by contacting us at 9099068434 or write on inquiry@qinterior.in. However, we are unable to change your billing address once the product has been invoiced due to regulatory issues. Invoicing of an order happens the moment the product reaches the 'Dispatched' status.

    What if I am not home when my package arrives?

    You may also get a call from the delivery person confirming the tentative date and the time of delivery. We request you to give correct address and phone no. details at the time of placing the order. If you are planning to travel and will be unavailable on the contact number, please inform us in advance so that we can plan the shipping and delivery as per your convenience.     How do I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
